Corn Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 package of Jiffy mix
1 stick margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn nibblets
1 small sour cream

Melt butter and add Jiffy mix, mix together.
Add eggs and corn, mix together.
Stir in sour cream and bake. NOTE: It's ok to leave chunks of sour cream throughout mix.

Add additional margarine or butter on top, if desired.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. When top is golden brown, casserole should be done.
